The 2025 Senior Leadership promotions highlight the depth of talent and expertise within RCP. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional performance in delivering outstanding project and advisory outcomes, and their promotion recognises the evolving skill sets our industry demands.

Boris Babic

Since joining RCP in 2019, Boris has played a key role in shaping and growing RCP's commercial property consulting services, leading the master planning, strategic direction and investment management across several projects and portfolios, including Symphony Centre and the Tamaki Regeneration programme. Boris leads our Development Management & Commercial Advisory team, offering local and international investors a trusted partner to advise and manage all phases of the commercial property development process.

Michael Boyce

Michael has a strong background in delivering complex projects, including healthcare developments such as the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory and Kākāriki Hospital. He also contributed to the Commercial Bay office fit-outs. With a focus on managing risks and streamlining processes, Michael is dedicated to improving RCP's project delivery and mentoring his colleagues. His hands-on approach ensures cost-effective, client-focused solutions across a variety of sectors.

Scott Evans

Scott has a strong background in structural engineering and seismic projects, with extensive experience in designing and managing projects in Christchurch and the Middle East. Since joining RCP in 2018, he's been led a number of key Wellington projects including the Queensgate redevelopment and Te Matapihi Central Library. Recently, Scott has been working with Wellington City Council to support the redevelopment of Te Ngakau Civic Square which includes completing a review of the Wellington Town Hall project. Scott excels at translating complex technical details into clear language, ensuring both clients and consultants are aligned.

Timothy Dougherty

Timothy leads RCP's Property service line, delivering end-to-end projects across the vertical side of construction. His expertise spans large-scale commercial developments, refurbishments, and custom residential projects, including Commercial Bay and Ngai Tahu's Kerepeti Residential development. A firm believer in teamwork and client satisfaction, Timothy brings together the right people to solve challenges and build strong, trust-based relationships.

Andrew King

Andrew transitioned from geotechnical engineering to project management when he joined RCP in 2021, drawn by the opportunity to manage the entire project lifecycle. With a strong technical foundation, he thrives in complex, challenging situations and values relationship-building. Andrew is solutions-focused, fostering collaboration and ensuring projects stay on track. His experience includes working on high-profile projects like the Christchurch Cathedral. Looking ahead, he aims to grow in business development while maintaining his people-first approach, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.

Cale Wood

Cale combines engineering expertise and practical construction insight. With a background in structural engineering and a degree from Auckland University, Cale has worked on diverse projects, including residential, warehouses, and cultural landmarks. Joining RCP in 2022, he quickly became known for bridging design and construction. Cale's technical skills and hands-on site experience allow him to simplify complex challenges for clients and his team, with notable contributions to projects like Queensgate Mall and 61 Molesworth St.

Jared has over a decade of experience delivering complex construction projects, specialising in large-scale work, particularly within the health sector. He joined RCP in 2019 and has become a key leader in major health projects. Drawing from his background in competitive rowing, Jared applies teamwork, leadership, and practical delivery skills to every project. He values trust, clear communication, and consistency, ensuring successful outcomes, even in challenging environments.

Jo lee

Jo joined RCP over 20 years ago after a successful nursing career. Her previous experience has helped health delivery teams bridge the gap between clinical care and infrastructure and immeasurably expanded RCP's broader expertise in hospital refurbishments and large-scale healthcare projects. Now based in New Plymouth, Jo has also played a key role in transformative projects like Commercial Bay and the Parihaka Infrastructure Project. Pragmatic and relationship-driven, she thrives on tackling challenges head-on.

Josh, recently appointed as Tauranga Manager at RCP, brings a strong technical background as a chartered civil engineer and project manager. He is adept at managing complex projects while fostering collaboration and has contributed to various developments across New Zealand, including those involving iwi. He is dedicated to delivering outcomes that unify client expectations and cultural values, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
