- 2024 April
Managing Director, Jeremy Hay, reflects on the changing dynamics of RCP's leadership group.
"This year's appointees aren't just exceptional project delivery professionals; they also embody the diverse and evolving skill sets that our industry will need for the future. From unlocking the potential for Artificial Intelligence in construction to improving cultural stakeholder engagement, I'm really inspired to see our emerging leaders motivated to take ownership and shape these technical and social specialisms," says Hay.
"I also applaud the dedication and perseverance of all those promoted and the teams and managers that have supported them over many years. It's a healthy sign for RCP that our pathway development programmes produce such a high calibre of industry leaders," he concludes.
All appointments are effective from 1 April 2024.
