RCP has provided comprehensive project management services to SkyCity Entertainment Group for the development of the SkyTower, SkyCity Grand Hotel and Main Casino Gaming Floor Refurbishment and Convention Centre, as well as over 35 additional projects which have contributed to the development of this iconic tourism and leisure complex, including the SkyWalk and SkyJump attractions.

The Sky Tower is an iconic structure in Auckland’s skyline, boasting 63 floors, observation decks and restaurants.RCP completed the 316 room luxury Grand hotel, which boasts a full business centre, brasserie restaurant and gymnasium facilities including a swimming pool and sauna. This outstanding 5 star hotel was built to very precise standards within a very constrained site.
