Following the neighbouring Commercial Bay development, Precinct Properties brought RCP back in for early advisory and project management support. RCP supported Precinct in developing the master plan and feasibility concept through the development agreement process with Eke Panuku Development Auckland, then led the design and consenting strategy, including an accelerated resource consent taken to the Eke Panuku Technical Advisory Group and Mana Whenua Governance Forum. RCP also shaped the project governance, master programme and procurement and engagement strategy, working alongside Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei as Precinct's development partner.
In 2026 the project secured resource consent under the fast-track process, and design, procurement and leasing are now underway, with key milestones still ahead before construction begins.
