RCP supported delivery across both Precinct 1 and Precinct 2. In the first precinct it provided project management and the Engineer's Representative role through the earthworks, civil infrastructure, villas and apartments, and prepared the tender and contract documentation behind the major infrastructure. In Precinct 2 it led the day-to-day design, procurement and construction management of the staged aged-care and residential development, and reviewed the programme for the care building.
Much of the work ran with several contractors on site at once and, in the later stages, with residents already living around it, so construction was staged and off-site methods like prefabricated balconies and bathroom pods kept the build quiet and on programme. Across its precincts, RCP helped bring an open, connected retirement village out of the ground at Red Beach, now home to more than 270 people.
