Bruce has spent years building RCP's presence across the southern region, establishing the Dunedin office and developing strong client relationships and growing the team's work across the industry, with a strong focus on social and network infrastructure. He has always taken a long-term view, focusing on being visible in the market and building the kind of trust that means clients think of RCP first.
Dave is relied on by both clients and project teams to navigate complex programmes and challenging delivery environments. He has deep experience across three waters and broader infrastructure, working with local government clients on large-scale programmes where planning, staging and stakeholder management are critical. He is known for his calm approach and the technical depth he brings to complex, multi-stage delivery.
James leads RCP's Auckland team and has spent his career gravitating toward the people and leadership side of the industry. He has built experience across land development, infrastructure and advisory, with a focus on the front end of complex projects. Colleagues know him for a considered, people-first style and the way he brings teams together at the front end of a project.
