How RCP handles your information when you apply
RCP Limited collects the information in this form so we can assess your application, contact you about it and, if you ask us to, keep in touch about future opportunities. Giving us this information is voluntary, but we cannot assess an application without your name, contact details, work eligibility and CV.
Who sees it
Your application is seen by RCP's People & Capability team and the people involved in hiring for the role you applied for. We may share it with the third-party provider of our recruitment system, or with a background-checking provider, and only for the purposes described here. We will not share it with anyone else without asking you first.
Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making to reject applications. A person reviews every application.
How long we keep it
If you applied for an advertised role and we do not offer you the job, we keep your application for 12 months after the vacancy closes and then delete it. If you registered your interest or asked us to keep in touch, we keep your details for 24 months and then delete them.
